We live in Barnstaple. The room we are renting is a light, large, double room on the top floor of our house. It is furnished with a study desk and chair, walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers and its own shower room. Our house has lots of living space, parking and an outhouse to store bikes. We have a garden and patio and are easily accessible for local walks in the coutryside. We are a 25 minute walk into Barnstaple town centre and a 35 minute walk to the hospital and our local secondary school. There are a number of primary schools within walking distance. We have a utility room and large kitchen for you to cook independently or are happy to include an evening meal for a very small increase in rent. We are open to letting the room Monday to Friday or to include weekends and can adjust the rent accordingly. The rent includes all bills. We have a cat.
